Martinov replaced our hvac system and our hot water heater this week. Brian assisted us in determining what we needed and Rohit led the installation team and was very thorough and professional. He patiently answered our questions and made sure everything was working perfectly. We had Martinov service our previous system and have been pleased with their service, so we were pleased that they were able to offer competitive pricing on our new system.

We used the company for seven years on all of our properties with no problems. We used to be able to speak to the technician who comes out or the owner, Bane, directly. Instead, we had to go through a phone system and eventually reach two operators who were rude to us. Adam authorized some work without contacting us, and then he left without telling us. Martinov overcharged us. They said we needed a new air conditioner and heater, even though he didn’t look at the heater. That was 100 percent false, as we called someone else... read more

We rent and our A/C went on the fritz. Thanks to our awesome landlord, Martinov arrived today and removed the entire 26 yo system that was in the house we rent. Noah and Tommy, our technicians for the day, arrived on time and worked the entire day here to get the job completed. Thanks again, guys! Not only were they punctual and dedicated, they were also completely professional and thorough with the clean-up afterwards.
