We had a good LL Bean light blue area rug that needed to be cleaned. Martinous Rugs made it look like new again. In addition it was extremely pleasant doing business with them.
I can’t even describe how freaking awesome this little company is. Kind, responsive, helpful, on time, great service and my beautiful Turkish rugs have never looked better. I wish I could give 10 stars.
Had two really large Persian carpets hand tied And naturally dyed Cleaned. They picked them up got me too really really good new pads to go underneath and then call me to let me know that it was unraveling on the side and we best to handle that now before it gets worse which they did. They sent thread samples and picked the right one. Excellent.
I thought my expensive Wool Rug was permanently damaged with dog urine stains on a cream color. They were able to clean my rug and get out all of those nasty stains. Just outstanding thank you so much.
