Very scamm-ish. All about the money, tremendous lack of respect for my girlfriend who is navigating a sensitive situation. Outsourced call answering, set up an appt, called late, rude, insisted on finishing his every sentence (arrogant), didn't know the law -- was really a manager looking to assess for money. Wanted a $5k retainer to look up her father's estate while on the phone to see if her concerns were valid. Competed with her emotionallly to the end of the phone call. Horrible.
