John and his team were fantastic to work with and they made the estate process as easy as possible.
Very scamm-ish. All about the money, tremendous lack of respect for my girlfriend who is navigating a sensitive situation. Outsourced call answering, set up an appt, called late, rude, insisted on finishing his every sentence (arrogant), didn't know the law -- was really a manager looking to assess for money. Wanted a $5k retainer to look up her father's estate while on the phone to see if her concerns were valid. Competed with her emotionallly to the end of the phone call. Horrible.
John has been great over the years and assisted us with Estate planning that we just updated in 2026.
