Edit: 1 star. Nothing like a psychiatrist saying one thing during an appointment and then having a staff member relay a completely different message 3 days later and saying "bring it up with your new provider" which I don't have because of them. So I'm left in the lurch for X amount of days while starting a new job without my medication...... think communication could be worked on. I get the sense that the staffing levels don't match the # of patients seen there. However my encounters with the staff were always very pleasant... read more

I think communication could be worked on. I get the sense that the staffing levels don't match the # of patients seen there. However my encounters with the staff were always very pleasant and handled relatively promptly. My NP Psychiatrist Dana Babinsky was WONDERFUL and was very attentive to my complicated self. It's a darn shame she is leaving the practice, hopefully the office can help me with a referral because without my meds I'm 🚨🤪😤😢🤬😁😄😛😋🥹🥹🥹🤬

Communication at this place is terrible. I’ve been ghosted by my psychiatrist since March and have not been able to get my medication since April 3rd (it’s June 1st). I’ve called 6 times the past couple days and still nothing. I’m starting to wonder if they got shut down because I also went there during business hours and no one was there. Update: I went there again and they helped me get an appointment and claimed the lack of response was because of understaffing and high volume of calls, but yet I scoured the internet look... read more
