we love our new apartment! Everyone is professional & caring. Thank you Martino Group for finding us the perfect place.
I've lived at two separate units at H Squared, and while not the most affordable property, the quality of the place and location are top notch. Maintenance is generally pretty quick. Deborah, our leasing agent was very helpful and understanding. I recommend her to anyone interested! The only gripes I have are the expensive application process, which I've had to do twice (once to change units), and the requirement of frontier internet, which is probably my least favorite company of all time. Blown away by how filthy the property was. Several roaches were seen when entering and continuous apologis and "we're spraying" as we toured. We left immediately after a roach fell from a cupboard onto my daughter. A tenant was there and pulled my wife aside and told her about how the place s nit where one would want to live and how they prey on single mothers.
