It was very nice when I lived here back in 2004 to 8.
Wonderful apartment complex, maintained and clean. New owners have done amazing with the place and the management is spot on five stars. Apartments inside are newly renovated too!
Terrible complex. Management is rude, mean and spiteful, same owners as ie rentals. They will keep your deposit they never fix anything CORRECTLY! Kids can’t play or make too much noise outside. They are dirty, roach infested and rodents roam the area. Your car may get broken into with all the bums in the area, no secure parking or complex entry. Absolutely terrible. Beware!
The management is thoughtful and considerate of everyone in the the complex.
