Absolutley the Best! By far, this is one of the two best restaraunts in Volusia County! The Steak Delmonico is to die for, as are the dollar martinis on Thursdays (green apple for me!) the creme brulee is amazing. Basically everything is fresh and inventive. The atmosphere is romantic and chic with indoor and outdoor seating.
Love it! There are very few FINE restaraunts in this area. Chops is one of my favorites. The atmosphere is romantic and relaxing with a hip Euro feel. Very romantic. The staff is extremely well trained and always attentive. Outstanding menu from fish to steak. The chef also changes up the menu a bit. Great presentation. "Usually a bit verticle". Nice wine list and some great martinis. I have been ther several times. Always left happy. A bit pricey but well worth it.
