Due to an unforeseen circumstance I had to cancel my stay weeks in 3 weeks advance. Was told by Hilton that cancellations are at the hotel manager’s discretion. The hotel manager refused to cancel my reservation and I am now out of pocket for the full cost of the stay. Would recommend looking elsewhere where for a hotel.
Stayed for a total of four nights with my family of four in the junior suite and experienced no issues. The rooms are generously sized, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the accommodations have been recently renovated. There were no unpleasant odors, the staff was excellent, and the breakfast bar was fantastic. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
