I don't understand this company. I called them for a quote at my home. I have 2 palm trees , and 6 other trees and many more shrubs. They were scheduled to come out to my house, then rescheduled and then finally came out to my home another day in a subdivision they were familiar with . They seemed surprised when my wife answered the door(hmm)and then asked a few questions, said they would send a quote and left shortly after . Quick to respond and fair pricing to remove a downed oak tree. The crew showed up and got it done in less than 2 hours.
Roy came out for a quote the same day I messaged him. His quote was very reasonable and they came out the very next day to trim several trees in my yard. They cleaned up everything and did a great job!
Excellent and quick service at a reasonable price! Contacted on a Friday before a holiday, and was scheduled in person for that Monday. Arrived early for clearing brush and trimming around the front of our home and finished the entire job in less than 2 hours, while cleaning everything along the way.
I am a repeat customer of Martinez and Son Tree Service. As always Martinez is prompt and courteous. When getting a quote, they always listen to what I would like done and turnaround time is very short. They do an excellent job and clean up everything.
