I've been buying tires here for over 10 years Juan Sr. and his brother Jesus ALWAYS did the right thing when it came to a problem with a tire purchase. But, I can see now that younger family members are in charge That they no longer stand behind the products they sell and take people's good hard earned money for. Customer service is apparently a concept they clearly don't understand! When you buy a tire and 45 days later have a blowout going 80mph on the highway you expect that tire to replaced...NOT ANYMORE!!!
Very very poor customer service. I spend close to 1500 dollars for them to do engine work. And 1) my engine light still keeps coming on so I took it back a second time and when I got it back engine light still came on and while the car was there I called to get an update on my car and they refuse to let me talk to the mechanic that was supposedly working on my car. They kept telling me he is busy if you need to talk to him you need to come to the shop I would tell them I work out of town and they stated that well he is busy.... read more
Can get a little unorganized when they're busy. Basic tire services are over priced in my opinion but being the only tire shop in this neighborhood besides Walmart, I guess that's fair. Alignment price is reasonable. They're getting better.
