Be Careful Myself and my husband initiated contact with Martinez and Shanken after being referred to their office by someone we do business with. Our appointment was with Lynn Frost a self reported "accountant". Our appointment was for personal and business accounting purposes. We set up an appointment for Lynn to prepare and file our personal and business 2011 taxes as well as to perform bookkeeping services for 2011. Best Accountants Martinez and Shanken is a great accounting firm that provides excellent service and high quality work in bookeeping, tax returns, and all other accounting services. I have used them for a number of years and would highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable, efficient, and have great customer service. I have even moved to California, but continue to use their services because of the great work they do.

Not Good! Martinez & Shanken's billing policies are terrible and their communication and customer service are even worse! We finally changed accountants and are so much happier.
