KB homes uses this contractor for roofing and they do a horrible job. I called them to take a look at my roof they installed they offer no warranty with installations and when asked to about it he said to send him the address and he will swing by to take a look. He never showed up and now isn't returning any calls or text messages.
Mr. Martinez was extremely prompt when returning my calls and kept to the agreed upon timeline. Easy to work with and would highly recommend.
Martinez called one time. I was not home. Called then many 6+ times. Roof warranty not honored. Still have leak.
