Dr. Richard Martinez is not aware of how his office staff is affecting his reputation and number of clients. No one EVER answers the phone and incoming calls ring and then forward to the call center where once a message is left, it is not returned! Test results are not uploaded into the patient portal for viewing - even several weeks after the blood tests were done.
