called multiple times, they called back after about 3 days. They were supposed to show up at 4pm to deliver pine straw, never showed up. Totally ridiculous "business"
Mr Martinez and crew delivered our Pinestraw the same day we ordered it. Good quality and reasonably priced. Always a pleasure to do business with.
I had to schedule two different dates/times for them to come out and no one ever showed up. They ask for you to be home so we change plans to do so and no shows both times. Not a great way to run a business.

They don’t make appointments. The woman tells you they will call before coming out, but they just show up randomly. Very different type of business.
