My dad has copd. They are taking away his oxygen because of one test where his 02 was normal. I guess all the times where he was in the low 80s doesn't matter.
Front desk check-in was great and Jocelyn Mann was a huge help.
I have heard horror stories (difficulty in making appointments, appointments frequently rescheduled, etc) but that's not my experience.
My father was being seen at the same hospital, and the clinic staff courteously informed his next appt with Dr Maria Connelly that the patient was running late because he was still with another doctor. when we got to the physician office she eventually came out, her manner was unexpectedly condescending and lacked empathy and dismissed my family.
