I went in for a flu shot / blood draw on 2/24/25 at around 1500 hours. There was only one person checking in at the primary care counter. She was on her phone, had a very unpleasant look on her face when I asked if I was in the correct area. I actually went up to the blood draw area first and checked in. They were VERY accommodating there and always have been. The phlebotomist pulled my info up and didn’t see an order for the draw and tried calling my primary - to get the order. EGD here and still awake. A scope down your throat while awake makes u choke and gag. The nurse became angry because I was awake, choking & gagging. You dont do that to an animal let alone a human being. Horrible beyond words.
Most of the time it's great place for veterans!
My dad has copd. They are taking away his oxygen because of one test where his 02 was normal. I guess all the times where he was in the low 80s doesn't matter.
Front desk check-in was great and Jocelyn Mann was a huge help.
