This man is a phony, he Charged me to to tell me my unit was too small to put freon in my AC, a week later Priority plumbing came out to fill my AC, and I froze out the rest of the year.You might need the BBB to get involved.
I called about warranty issues on my water heater. Gerald answered the phone, I told him what happen. And then said he wouldn’t be able to make it out until tomorrow. But said it was an easy fix and that I could probably do it myself. I did! I’m having furnace issue as well and will give him a call! Thank you Gerald!
Hung up on me 15 seconds after he returned my call. He didn't call back or respond to my follow-up text requesting a quote.
Gerald and his son were fast, honest and friendly while they repaired a large leak in my house. They were able to find and repair the leak for a reasonable price and recommend other local companies to repair our drywall. Overall it was a great experience and we will recommend them to anyone who is having trouble with plumbing or HVAC problems!
