The front desk receptionist, Sue, is rude and not helpful. Im not sure how she still has a job. This is not a single occurrence and has been a reoccurring problem. She did not work to resolve scheduling an appointment and had misinformation when I called. Dr Martinez and the hygienist provided excellent service, however, due to the receptionist being so unhelpful on multiple occasions I would rather go somewhere that has better customer service.

I am disappointed with the lack of responsibility demonstrated by the front desk staff. There was a clear task that should have been handled by Sue due to the error submitted on the claim, but she denied the responsibility and chose to shift the responsibility onto the customer. Reliable and attentive front desk service is essential, and unfortunately, that standard was not met during my experience. I hope proper training or accountability measures are put in place to prevent this from happening again.

M & M does amazing work. I’ve had many of cleanings, a root canal, and 3 front crowns on my front teeth by Dr. Chris. He is wonderful in making sure you’re fully numb and comfortable and he talks through each step as he goes. I was very worried about cosmetics after breaking 3 front teeth, but I am consistently receiving compliments for how nice my teeth look after his work. Avoid this place. They treated my girlfriend like trash and the hygienist personally insulted her. They even refused to treat her, and then lied about it upon questioning.

Compassionate people who truly care about their patients. Lovely calming music, TV's with comforting scenery and bonafide professionals providing their expertise. I'm also a fan of the artificial skies, they were a nice touch. If you get stressed out over going to the dentist, this may just be the place for you. It certainly seems to be the case for me.
