Terrible. He made cuts on my boat without authorization. Used improper wiring on a hatch actuator. When I took it back to have it fixed, they never replace the burnt out actuator from improper wiring, and didn't complete the repairs back to normal on the cuts they made. Ended up having to go to small claims court, and now he won't pay, won't answer my calls, and is not responding to any text messages.
Dont know where to start.. tried to give the benefit of doubt way to many times... been over patient.. but I'm at my end.. when I had my boat done it took almost a year... then was told job was complete showed up wasn't happy with the work refused to take boat.. then I got boat at another date.. ended up going back for repairs and a add on swim step after they lost my originals... ended up forking out more funds... also my hatch shocks were missing.. was told they will be mailed to my house directly... it's been 6 months... ... read more
i had been trying to get my golf cart interior redone and was getting the run around from my local interior shops ... when i called Eddie to see if they would take on a golf cart he was excited for the project. we made an appointment for a week out and he told me the cart would take 4-5 weeks to get it all done, he was done in just under 4 weeks. golf cart came out better than i could of ever imagined and the whole process was very easy. his prices, quality and service are excellent!
I cannot tell you who to use, but I would NOT use Martinez. Eddie lost the page of notes with all the details we discussed, tried to wing it and first tried to send me back my Cole looking like an Ultra. Even after having my boat for 4 months, I still had to take it back because things were not done right. His crew took no measurements and shrunk the interior of my bow. Fix ed my boat up real nice new interior on the seats then added a fresh layer of gel coat paint on the exterior.all in all I must say 9 outta 10on my satisfaction my only complaint was we set a price but later exceeded it but I can't blame them I chose the material I really wanted it just cost more than I had to spend but Eddy worked with me thanks Eddy ur the man bro I'll b back in the future.
