READ befor HIRE. Hector Martinez was easly the worst lawyer i have ever had. I hired him to represent me in a probation violation. He just needed to call a facility to confirm my graduation certificate was real. Once we get to court he had not called or even looked at my case. I was in JAIL for 45 days. Thank God my girlfriend was able to call and get the paper work needed to prove I wasnt guilty of the allegations. It took 45 days as she didnt have clearance for alot of the process. STOLE my MONEY and would not give it back. He never cared at all. He allowed me to spend 50 days in Jail only for my girlfriend to call two places to prove I was not gulty. They admittedly realesed me for wrongful imprisonment. He had absolutely zero to to with the outcome. All I asked for is a reimbursement for not doing a single thing for the case.
The attorney represented my son's case and didn't care. He did not take the time to review my son's case. My son was put in jail for something he did not do. They made false statements regarding my son. The lawyer did not review the case nor did he do anything that a lawyer should do to represent a client that is innocent. If he would have took the time seen my son's documentation he would have known my son was innocent. Now my son is sitting in jail, which hurts me, his family and effecting his business.
