Dr. Martinez has been my daughter Maya's doctor since we arrived in the USA in 2018 and we love him, always right on target. We went to live after 3 years to another state, and upon returning to Florida he has come back to see Maya always with the same affection and professionalism.
I visited this doctor's office few times. Every visit, I had to wait 2+ hours to see him. On our last visit, after all this wait, he didn't even show the courtesy to properly talk to me and examine my son. He diagnosed my son just by looking at him from a distance from the door of the shabby diagnosis room. I was not satisfied with this, hence went to another doctor and found that his diagnosis was wrong. Horrible staff too. They overbook and make people wait so the doctor can fill his pocket.
Today we went with my sons finger hurting and turned blue. Our appt was at 2:30 pm.At 3:55 pm we got inside the consultation area and waited in the room for 20 min.a student doctor checked. Then Dr Martinez showed up saying I know you were complaining but I haven't got a chance to have my evening coffee . Is that really our problem ! They schedule appointments. After 2+ hrs wait he did not examine my son. He said he will get X-ray appt and return. We left after waiting for 15 min,no sign of doc
