We have seen Dr. Martinez for years. He has also taken care of our two sons. Very professional and accommodating. No issues with our dental care.
Wednesday November 23, I started having a horrible aching pain on my back molar. I called Dr. Martinez's office nearly in tears. The receptionist was very helpful and helped me get in to see Dr. later that day. I came in and Dr. Martinez quickly soothed my pain and addressed my situation. Thanks to Dr. Martinez and his staff I was able to have a wonderful Thanksgiving, and I am very grateful. My family and I will be seeing him again soon. Highly recommend.
I went to Dr. Martinez because I had a toothache. I was referred by my co-worker. He relieved my pain immediately. Dr. Martinez is a great technician and has an outstanding bedside manner. I would highly recommend him.
My procedure with Dr. Martinez, to have 2 implant studs and lower plate. Over 8 months of procedure, install 2 studs, fabricate bottom plate, took 4 try's to get plate to fit. Studs loosened 2 times, had to re.ove one stud. Told me let it heal for 6 months. It's been over a year and have not received a follow up. He charged us $5000 for this simple procedure, gave back $1800 for the loose stud removal. Was told we would resume procedures in 6 months. Never heard another thing. Out $3200 for nothing. This was the worst dentist and experience I have ever had I had to have everything Dr. Jim Martinez did redone by another dentist after experiencing severe pain.
