My experience here was deeply disappointing and completely unacceptable. The receptionist was shockingly rude and unprofessional — one of the worst encounters I’ve had in a healthcare setting. We happened to meet Dr Martinez at CMH when our baby was born early. He was at her birth, he was the one who transferred her to Sick Kids for better treatment, and we were referred to him once we got discharged from Credit Valley NICU. I love how thorough, caring, and warm he is. He is fantastic.
