My experience here was deeply disappointing and completely unacceptable. The receptionist was shockingly rude and unprofessional — one of the worst encounters I’ve had in a healthcare setting. I was attending an appointment with my 3-month-old baby, who was in her stroller and starting to become uncomfortable.
