Worst customer service they went corporate , you have to make an appointment to even go into the office and never answer the phone
Worst experience ever!! Cancelled auto policy back in June after multiple attempts to add 2 new cars to existing policy and no help from agent. Receive call in July policy wasn’t cancelled yet for some reason, so I resubmitted cancellation form. Fast forward to today, I receive a letter in the mail from a collections agency saying I had a balance of $473. Called Nationwide to figure out how I could have a balance when I always made payments ahead of time and cancelled policy before next payment was due. Was told it was a can... read more
