After waiting 3 weeks for a referral I called the office to speak to the nurse. The front desk girl Theresa told me I couldn’t speak to her, so I asked to speak to the Dr, again was told he was to busy and I couldn’t. So she proceeded to tell me in such a rude manner that it takes time and with her being so nasty towards me, I again asked to speak to someone other than the girl at the front who clearly has nothing to do with my healthcare other than to collect my copay! This Doctor cares about you! He will help you however he can. Never met a more caring doctor.
Dr. Martinez is the best doctor that I've had a since coming to Florida in 1986. He listens to you, takes as much or as little time you need of him. He has been my doctor for 30 years. When my father came to Florida and was in rehab with an unknown doctor, Dr. Martinez asked me why I was there l told him he had a doctor I couldn't talk to, he immediately took over his case. He discussed my case with another patient. The patient told heresay. All he does is give out lot's of pain medication. I have 4chronic conditions and he didn't address any of ?them. I have reported him
Very unprofessional. I called for a multilingual friend to ask why after her physical he had ordered several additional tests which are not part of a routine physical. Specifically a pulmonary function test and 12 lead EKG even though she is a 43YO lifetime non-smoker and in perfect health. His receptionist volunterred to put him on the phone and when he picked up, without any conversation said, in a very unprofessional manner, "If you don't want the test don't take the test" then hung up. YMMV
Dr Martinez is the best DR . ive ever had and im 63! He is always on top of things before they escalate or get bad. Ive lived in pain for a long time and didnt know why , and out of all the drs ive gone too , Dr Martinez is the only one to get me diagnosed. Hes very kind hearted , but dont get me wrong . he wont hold back in telling you the truth. I truly Love Dr Martinez . His nurses are so kind,caring, efficient, and friendly n they work hard!
