Front desk people were not good at communication we were sent away twice I called different times and did not want to see my wife.
Slowly getting better, way less wait times but the front desk staff often had an attitude sometimes. The nurses as well sometimes have an attitude, but they have improved for sure. They need to be talked to, re-trained, or replaced. Dr. Is great and quick. Do recommend to have questions written down since he's usually in and out of the exam room especially when you have no questions. The PA is also very nice and quick.
