The Dr. I saw was very good. The receptionist are the worst. They charged me 65 for a contact fitting that IS covered by my insurance. I paid it. Then called my insurance found out it was covered went back in and told them such. They got on the phone with my.insurance and argued with them. A week later they refunded me my 65 but made it seem like it was coming out of their own purse. Don’t recommend calling to schedule an appointment or see if they accept new patients. Called to check and “Miss” ( smart mouth ) Lisa didn’t know or never heard of my insurance and then on top of that she couldn’t check in her system if they even have it.. instead gave me attitude and told me to call my insurance to ask about some kind of number.
