Maybe it was just me but the couple experiences that I had were not helpful. I did buy Bifocals but had issues. Tried to talk with them about alternatives, and that was frustrating. Every call for various questions was worse and worse. The wait period while in the exam room was so bad that people in other rooms started leaving and yelling....it was uncomfortable. Things happen.....maybe it was just my experience.
The Dr. I saw was very good. The receptionist are the worst. They charged me 65 for a contact fitting that IS covered by my insurance. I paid it. Then called my insurance found out it was covered went back in and told them such. They got on the phone with my.insurance and argued with them. A week later they refunded me my 65 but made it seem like it was coming out of their own purse. I continued contact with my insurance who said that it is covered and that payment was delivered to Martinelli Eye. I continued to receive bill... read more

Don’t recommend calling to schedule an appointment or see if they accept new patients. Called to check and “Miss” ( smart mouth ) Lisa didn’t know or never heard of my insurance and then on top of that she couldn’t check in her system if they even have it.. instead gave me attitude and told me to call my insurance to ask about some kind of number.
