I will never use this office or their services again. My mother was in for an eye exam. She was told that she required eye surgery and was sent out to see a professional in Rostraver. At the same time, she was also sent for glasses, even though the surgery would change her vision. She paid for those glasses. When she saw the surgeon, she was told to cancel the glasses, as her vision would change. I called and cancelled. The worst customer service EVER! The staff is rude and they are gravely incompetent. The office manager in Charleroi acted like an unprofessional jerk! Because of this I will never go back! Walmart is my next stop for glasses. I suggest everyone else do the same. Walmart has better prices, quality service and attitudes are left at the door.
This place is a joke! I have never been treated so rudely as by their staff. Came here for an eye exam & contacts & nothing but probs. Bullied me in getting another brand of contacts, I tried them-my eyes swelled shut. The contact lady said she never heard of mine. She reorder many times to get my script right, each time waiting 1-2 weeks. This lasted 2 mos b 4 I got the correct lenses. I told her to order me 3 boxes. I made my appointment they told me my insurance covered i wouldn't have to pay anything so when i arrived the dr told me i have a Stigmintizm im my right eye plus he wanted mw to change contacts i said no i prefer my orginal brand ge was pressuring me to purchase theres finally i was leaving i asked for my prescription the women said to give her $100 i said for what she said u have a Stigmintizm its extra i said i was told i didnt have to pay my insurance will pay for anything she said that was never said i told her it defin... read more
