RecommendedI recently had my Class A motor home serviced at Martindales. The staff were courteous and professional, they completed the service completely and ahead of schedule. In addition to the standard service items they noticed a fault on the screen washer which I had not mentioned and they repaired it. Given the shortage of reliable facilities capable of working on larger motor homes I was delighted to find and experience the excellent service from Martindales....thank you Mike and team!
Needed a odd tire size for one of my forklifts last week. After calling 5 places, not one even bothered to call me back. Called over to Martindales and Jack told me he'd find me one. 15 mins later he called me back to say he found one and it would be in and ready on Friday. First class all the way. The hassle of finding a tire and a call back wasn't a big deal to the other shops, well it was very big deal to me. I'm in business here and I can't do my work without my equipment up and running. I needed tires for my truck as the front ones were bad. Like belts showing bad. I looked around on the Internet and found the ones I wanted. Just for the hell of it I stopped in and asked how much they would cost. Jack told me the price and he was only over Internet price by a few dollars, but I didn't have to pay shipping and handling or to get them mounted and balanced. The price including it all.
