Income rated apts, not a bad place, 90% welfare, single moms, and drug abusers. But overall environment is ok, good place if your having a hard time keeping up with bills. The office will usually work with you. dont expect any security deposit back, and maybe get a bill for what they overcharged on like carpet cleaning bill for 400\$ in two rooms that were not even dirty. they also control fort edward village and hudson falls village apartments
The office is not open 24 hours a day - they are there from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday. One office for three properties: Martindale Terrace Apartments, Hudson Falls Village Apartments, and Fort Edward Village Apartments (NOT Fort Edward Commons). One and two bedroom apartments, both are currently on waiting lists and have been for years. Have known the company for several years. For more info, call the girls in the office.
