I absolutely recommend martindale! I've been going to doctor's my whole life and have only been pleased with 2 doctor's. Danielle is my doctor at martindale and it's safe to say she is gifted at what she does. She cares and will do what it takes to help you with your needs.
So been trying for months to get seen finally seen. Dr said she would send my info to mental health and ummmm never did. Asked to get on some meds and the medical assistant played games for weeks. She dated she would call the insurance hahha yeah rite what a joke she called no one I gave her direct number and ummm still zero effort. I just started as a patient here and have had only good experiences! Reception has been kind in person and over the phone and Dr Gon Lam is very understanding and supportive.
All the front desk staff are highly unprofessional.They're rude condescending and gossip about patients. no matter how many times you call they don't never answer the phone even when they're not busy and they wont return your calls. The doctors are nice. Seem to care about the human condition and addiction and understand slip ups. If you get on their good side that is. If you miss your appointment, or you are 1 minute late or in the bathroom when they call you up they won't reschedule you and you have to do a walk in another... read more
