This dealership sold my family a car that we didn't even get 5 months out of. They couldn't provide us with a rental due to not having a dealer tag . My wife and two small children have been walking to get what we need to survive IN DECEMBER . we have done business with this dealership for past years and never had this kind of problem. this definitely will be our last time. Bought the truck on 8-23-2023 and this is the 4 or 5 time taking it back with several issues to the service **** and talked each time with the guy that sold the truck to us. This time we took it back on 11-1-2023 and they have not even started on it yet. They have a terrible service department. I have had several issues with the service department here. I have continued to use them out of good faith and to keep money in the community but enough is enough. They routinely have horrible customer service and never follow through with what is said/ promised to me as a customer. I will not be using them again and will refer any business elsewhere as often as I can.
I bought a car in February and drove it 40 miles home and the check engine light was on. I contacted them and they said bring it back and they would fix it. I took it back 5 times and they never fixed it. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle I have to pay for and can't even trust it to get to work. All I want is my car back and money I paid down. That's the least they should do or give me another one for same price.
I bought my car on January 7,2022 and it didn't start he had to jump it off the dealer was really helpful in the beginning. the next week I was back the wipers were broke and ******************* that put it on put the wrong ones on had to go back again cause they were scratching the windshield had to go back 3 days later for a oil leak they kept it 4 days got it back still leaking called left several messages none return took it back they keep saying you can keep driving it during all this haven't got no title to get my tags... read more
I went and bought a car there on October 2nd. Marcus ******* told me that i would not make a payment for 2 months and then I would make the full payment for 5 months and then for the next 2 months I don't make a payment and he is going to cut my payments in half. He doesn't even work for the company. I found out that he works for a promotions company. Now I have received my bill and I have to make a payment next month. And as a result of that confrontation, the owner was wrong requesting the customer to leave and never return if he could not conduct himself in a civil manner.
