Would not recommend this place at all. The saying is very true: you get what you pay for. Martin and his team were behind and overlooked many issues. We were almost not able to close on our property. I would recommend a more competent law office.

I was closing on my new home and looking for a good lawyer. I read many positive reviews about Mr. Martin Wu. He is professional, smart, and polite. He is especially diligent and always replies to emails very promptly. After he and his team (Annie) helped me with my house closing, I can confidently say that they are all true. I highly recommend Mr. Wu and will definitely choose him again in the future!
Martin is efficient and very helpful. However his team refused to send over PDF documents separately formatted for file archiving, instead of in one dump, which I found to be unprofessional. I also had to repeat instructions to them multiple times.
Martin is an incredibly smart lawyer who gives one of the best rates in the GTA. I highly recommend him and would be sending more of my friends his way.
