Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period.

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!
