Were always wonderful to work with until they were bought out a year or so ago. We signed a contract for a new printer this year and noticed we were being double billed for copies. After disputing this, they remotely disabled our printer. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

This company is all sorts of greedy. They signed an extremely expensive 5 year contract with an employee who was on his way out from our company, then when asked if they could help us lower costs they led us along back and forth for years always tying any "assistance" to another 5-year contract. Felt like I was a dairy cow being milked for the past four years. I can't wait until our contract is thru and we never have to do business with them again.
