I have been trying to pick up my sons glasses 3 months already! This business is NEVER open!!! They obviously dont follow there poster hours because when u show up at said hours they are NEVER here!!! Bad business!
I bought a Groupon and made an appointment for my husband. I wanted to buy him a new pair of glasses for his birthday. After the discount I still paid about $430. I ordered his glasses and when we got them the lenses were tented which was not what we wanted. We decided to just go with it but after about 9months the frames broke. I decided then to just call them and ask about a warranty. I'm glad I called. They were very nice and warm. They replaced the lenses and the frames. OUTSTANDING!!! The service we received from Martin Way Vision Centre was far above the mark of excellent. I just happened to call this office from a list of providers from my insurance company. I was impressed with the above and beyond welcome we received. The office staff was very personable. Jennifer took the time to review our insurance coverage with me so that I knew what was covered and what was additional. She knew my name when I called without telling her.
