Replaced a 5 year old water softener with a Kinetico from Martin Water. They replaced unit we purchased because it was cheaper than Kinetico 5 years ago. We should have gone with Martin the first time. Would have saved a significant amount of money. Phil the salesman was very honest and friendly. Didn’t over sell and gave what I feel was a fair price. Ryan the installer did a great job just like he did with our Kinetico RO system we bought from them. He didn’t have a lot of room to install the unit in but made it work well. ... read more
what an awesome company! every experience with Martin Water has been excellent! The service techs are pleasant, on time and thorough - we just replaced our system and that experience was awesome! even when you speak to their reps on the phone, you get friendly pleasant helpful answers. Their employees are happy and only say good things about working for this company. I highly recommend
Rod came out to our house in Brownstown and checked our water and gave a thorough explanation of the benefits of the water conditioning AMD RO process. Travis installed our system and brought everything in while it was snowing, so shoutout to Travis for enduring the snow! We love the Martin company and have always had such pleasant experiences with Water conditioning, appliance, furniture, and mattress purchases!
They stayed for 12 hours to put in our new system. Our methane is now gone in the water and the softness is amazing. Thankyou guys for giving us water we can enjoy now!

Quality product and service. They service your equipment and also teach you how to do it yourself to save $$. Opted to have them do it because of thier honesty and the convenience.

Our softener quit working. I called for service, and after more than $600 in parts and labor(!) we were told "problem fixed, run lots of water to clear the system," which we did. That was 9/18/17. The problem continued, and on 9/28/17 I called back to ask they come back and try again. You understand my water is now brown and stinks of sulfur? So what did they offer to make it right? They can be back in 8 DAYS to look at it again! I don't think they have a customer-friendly company.
