I’m disappointed to share a frustrating experience with Martin and Wallin. I booked an appointment that took nearly a month to secure. The calendar invite clearly stated it was an onsite meeting — which was a key reason I confirmed the appointment. On the scheduled day and time, I waited at the location, only to be told after the meeting time had passed that it was actually a Zoom call.
