My name is Blair Nichols. I came to Martin Tower from Motown Detroit michigan August 20,2020. When I arrive to move in the largest elevator was broken. I wouldn't be able to get my furniture on the smaller elevator. I waited a week before I moved into my apartment. I had to stay with members of the Bahai Faith for 7 days . I was able to park my trailer at a Bahai members barn on their farm. Finally I grew tired of waiting. I told my 4 movers I would give them each an extra $100 if they would figure out a way to move my furni... read more
I am impressed. I will be a new tenant here. The office people were friendly, efficient...as well as tenants I met. It is HUD/ subsidized..I want to thank the people who bought the building. they did it for people such as myself, a retired, disabled ICW social worker who now has need of assistance. I would not be able to afford such luxury anywhere else. Rhonda Carlson thank you
I lived in this building for four years it used to be a very nice well kept place.. But the water pipes kept breaking and it ended up smelling like mold and mildew. It used to kept well cleaned. Last time I was there it was messy... If they just spend the money to clean it completely then they would be a 5 star rating again.

I have lived here for 3 years. It's been a great place. No place is perfect but I've lived other places and Martin Towers is one of my favorites. The apartment I have is spacious and comfortable. Central heat and air. Utilities included in the rent. This is a HUD property. Tenants pay subsidized rent based on income. You must be diabled or elderly to apply here.
