Not sure how to answer or grade this place!!! It has recently changed hands as far as ownership!!! Plus, there is plenty of construction going on with remodeling.

My name is Blair Nichols. I came to Martin Tower from Motown Detroit michigan August 20,2020. When I arrive to move in the largest elevator was broken. I am impressed. I will be a new tenant here. The office people were friendly, efficient...as well as tenants I met. It is HUD/ subsidized..I want to thank the people who bought the building. they did it for people such as myself, a retired, disabled ICW social worker who now has need of assistance. I would not be able to afford such luxury anywhere else. Rhonda Carlson thank you

I lived in this building for four years it used to be a very nice well kept place.. But the water pipes kept breaking and it ended up smelling like mold and mildew. It used to kept well cleaned. Last time I was there it was messy... If they just spend the money to clean it completely then they would be a 5 star rating again.
