Over the weekend my furnace stopped working. I called Marty and a tech was at my house within 30 minutes and fixed my furnace. Great company and great people.
They called and got no answer, sent a guy 15 minutes later, sent him again without a second phone call and then the owner called and scolded me. I hadn't even been told they were planning to come the day they came, or else I could've been ready. Well... I'm glad to see I'm not the only one having issues with this place lately. We have been customers of Central Oil for about 13 years now. In the beginning it was great. Called for a delivery, twenty minutes later there they were. NOT. ANY. MORE. I would like for the remainder of this message to be looked at less as a review and more as an open letter from one local business owner to another about how a local business is losing its focus on its customers. I want to share my experience with this company I must say that the customer service I received was unacceptable very rude on the phone the lady on the phone couldn’t give me a valid answer she told me that they was coming at the end of the day well I must say that they never came. The next day I call she told me a different story that I have to wait for Monday I will be calling the Better business bureau and the city of chicopee so this don’t happen to anyone unfortunately I won’t be using this company anymore
Very poor customer service. Short, dismissive responses and bad communication. I do not recommend.
