I will say that the service I receive is satisfactory and that I stay loyal, but there are some issues for sure. For one, I've had to chase down an oil refill twice now. Once because someone was supposed to call me back but never did, and a second time because they didn't show up the day they said they would. Second, there's one lady on their phone lines who treats me like an inconvenience every time I get her. I've never been rude over the phone. I’ll be objective, whenever called finding unprofessional customer service people, the tone of voice tells you, “why are you calling”? Second, they are not committed nor they communicate if they are late on their delivery schedule. I’ve changed to another company, just because of these issues. Hope they teach their employees to respect customers and be more reasonable.
