They were great. Saw Dr Ferdberber he was amazing.
The doctors are caring and professional, but I had a problem with Michele, a scheduler. When I called to ask to be seen about recent wrist surgery pain, I was told someone would call me back. When no one did and I called back to ask why, Michele was patronizing and rude. She actually hung up on me. This is totally inexcusable.
Tried to make an appointment due to an injury, talked to someone who said they would check the schedule and call me back. Never received a call or message.
