Such a wonderful experience for my first appointment at Martin Street Optometry. The staff were warm and welcoming, and Dr.Kang was terrific!
We always have a great experience at Martin St. Optometry. They have a great selection of frames and sunglasses to choose from. On our last visit Dr. Klaming was on Mat Leave (who is awesome), Dr. Kang was filling in, she was super great too! They are always so helpful, whether it’s a routine visit or something comes up due to an injury or specific problem.
I booked 2 kids, received 1 SMS only confirming time at 3.00 pm, arrived 2.48 pm only to be told that the first kid was booked 2.30 pm on the system and the Dr can’t take them !!! I was in fact 12 mins early for my 3.00pm appointment that they send me confirmation on ! Their frames and lenses are the most expensive and they don’t really care which side fails to commit to the appointment !
First time to Martin St Opt. I was there to replace some crappy glasses from another local Optometrist. Staff was super friendly. Dr Kang was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family. 25/06/30 Second visit was just as successful as the first! Keep up the good work!
