I had my eyes checked at Martin Street Optometry back in March and provided them with a referral from my family doctor. I was very unhappy with my experience. They did not take my vision concerns seriously, overcharged for the examination—much higher than what insurance covered (they charge a premium compared to other optometrists)—and they bloated my prescription to milk money out of the insurance to maximize their own profits rather than prioritizing patient care. Just want to say what a great experience I had with Maryx the other day! She was incredibly helpful and showed me a great selection of frames, not just the expensive designer ones. If you go there make sure you ask for her when selecting your glasses. Pretty little lady wearing cool glasses and usually has a shawl on
