My name is John Common I remember in 1987 walking into the Martin Smith building on second & cherry, looking for office space I ran into Greg Smith. I had not money, no nothing Greg Smith literally gave me an office space to run my start up advertising agency. When I started my Warranty Company Warranty USA they represented me in all of leases and subsequent building purchases, I worked directly with Dan Stutz. These guys are awesome, understand the Seattle Market and always treated me fairly.

I had the pleasure of being in their Holyoke Building on 2nd and Spring for 5 months. However I would like to mention an incident that soured my stay there and lead me to move out. The building itself is fantastic, however the assistant management staff can definitely work on their customer service.
