Spoke to Mr. Martin today and told him we had a leak according to the county. He told me he could come out same day and did! He kept me updated, found repaired the leak, and sent me the invoice within 2 hours. AND IN THE RAIN THE WHOLE TIME! We were also most importantly able to do this remotely without having to even step foot on our property. Definitely recommend :)
We had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve morning (a Saturday morning). HomeServe told us they should be able to get us a same-day appointment, but didn't. After three calls into HomeServe, they finally got in touch with a plumber on Monday morning and were able to get us a possible appointment for the following Wednesday. This company is a joke. Called Friday was suppose to be here Saturday morning bout 10 or 11am. Never showed, I call early afternoon, no answer. This is the first response I've gotten.
Gave 1800.00 to get a new handy cap shower. He will not return my phone calls. He will not answer anything. I have text him and he still won’t text me back. It’s been two months. He sucks.
