Buyers, be cautious if this agent is representing the seller. I went under contract on a home listed as “move-in ready” and spent $500 on an inspection, only to find an AC at the end of its life, termite damage, and roof moisture issues. None of this was disclosed in the listing. It’s clear the agent does not do proper research before listing homes and does not follow any code of conduct to protect the interests of the buyer or seller. Do your due diligence or risk wasting time and money.
Martin is the best in the west valley. He is there with you through the whole process. He gives his professional opinion while listening to what you want and need.
