weve lived in these apartments since january 2005. it is HORRIBLE. light fixures hang from the wall, holes in the walls and ceilings...the bathroom celing leaks sewage every time the guy upstairs flushes his toilet. Im writing this as it happens yet again, this time covering the complete floor of my bathroom AND hallway and producing new cracks that leak in the ceiling.
