After being a patient for years, I go for my appointment. They did not mention anything on the call to bring a physical medical ID. They said they can’t see me because although they have my insurance on file and even after emailing digital copy. Very disappointed. Will find a different provider. Rude receptionist ( we let you pass last time not this time).
