It doesn’t even deserve 1star. Too bad I didn’t do my research before, don’t buy from this place they are very unprofessional. Office staff forget it you will never get an answer from them. 4 months into our property and we’re already talking about moving! Sadly wasted my money !
I would caution anyone against purchasing property developed by Martin Realty. They have a pattern of acquiring low-cost, flood-prone land and pushing forward with development, often to the detriment of future homeowners. They also own and operate the local water utility, Crystal Springs, which consistently fails to notify residents about boil water notices or planned outages—there is a complete lack of communication.
