I would caution anyone against purchasing property developed by Martin Realty. They have a pattern of acquiring low-cost, flood-prone land and pushing forward with development, often to the detriment of future homeowners. They also own and operate the local water utility, Crystal Springs, which consistently fails to notify residents about boil water notices or planned outages—there is a complete lack of communication. I've never seen a more lazy, shady lender in my life. Don't buy ANYTHING from these people.
Flooded me 4 times in the last year fostotia property They have never done anything to fix it & I keep flooding... Plus the flooding has brought down more trees on my pasture.... They really suck.... Don't care about property or property around them.... $$$$$ don't matter.... I've spent more than them taking down their tree's down on me then them .... Their houses must be very unstable and under state comparable.... Ridiculous
