A cardiologist from the ICU at Northside Hospital provided a diagnosis along with precautionary words regarding the serious nature of the patient’s impairment. A Palliative Care Physician provided a diagnosis along with precautionary words regarding the patient’s severely impaired heart. Did a echo a year ago and it came back with my EF down over half from previous So he did nothing said nothing said so another in 6 months did it and whent to see him 3 rd week in febuary he said nothing has changed and he was doing nothing.
