Terrible management. Upon arriving to the house in the fall of 2019, the place was filthy. Dirt, dust, debris, and even dead animals were strewn about the house. The house was left to fall apart and pests were allowed to live in the walls during our entire 2 years of stay. The landlord never visited the property once during our tenancy. I would advise avoiding this company entirely as they do not care about their tenants well-being.
Terrible service. House is falling apart and show no desire to fix anything. They also have been notified of animals within the walls of the house and underneath the house that invade with no remedy. Do not rent from these people.
I have been seeking rental properties in the Monroe area, and came across several rental properties sites that have this company property listings. First, in order to view their properties you have to fill out an application and pay an application fee; which is a red flag. You should never pay an app fee without viewing the property e.g. walk though. The first house we rented from them in January of 2016 was not maintained and was filthy when we moved in. You could of yield hay the grass was so tall. They said someone would be right out to cut it. 3 weeks later I took a sling blade to it. Then the inside wasn't clean and we had to do it ourselves. It was on the market for a long time and I see why. They do as minimal as possible and had plumbing issues. They sent meaux plumbing out and fixed the problem.
