I have to concur with the other poor review on Martin Presence. Not good customer service. Very slow, if at all, to fix rental maintenance issues such as toilet broken, etc. I sent in a payment from my bank and they claim that they did not get it. Now they say I owe a $60 late fee. Their ethics is suspect.
Not good they will find a way to cheat you. They say one thing and do another, and don't let them send meauxs plumbing out either. They got a brother-in-law system going on. Unless your desperate; I'd get someone else to manage my property. They played me in Monroe and now they are in Shreveport most likely doing the same dirty practices. If you put lipstick on a pig at the end of the day it's still a pig.
